By accessing and using Word to PDF Pro ("the Service") at wordtopdfpro.net, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Word to PDF Pro is a free web-based tool that allows users to convert Word documents to PDF format. Files are processed according to our internal procedures and deleted immediately after conversion.

- Maximum file size: 5MB per document
- No registration or account required
- Files are processed and deleted immediately
- No watermarks added to output files
- High-quality conversion using our internal processing methods
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
3.2 Content Restrictions
You are solely responsible for the content of the Word documents you convert using our Service. You agree not to use the Service to convert files containing:
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Copyrighted material without proper authorization
- Malicious software or code
- Content that violates any third-party rights
3.3 Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and browser meet the technical requirements necessary to use the Service. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or browsers.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

6.3 Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WORD TO PDF PRO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
6.4 Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SINCE OUR SERVICE IS FREE, OUR LIABILITY IS ZERO.
6.5 User Responsibility
100% USER RESPONSIBILITY: YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT AND QUALITY OF YOUR CONVERTED FILES. YOU USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR OTHER ISSUES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING OR AFTER CONVERSION. FILES ARE DELETED IMMEDIATELY AND WE DO NOT STORE ANY DATA.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Word to PDF Pro and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:
- Your use and access of the Service
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
